The normal relief for back and joint pain is to use heat or ice to soothe any discomfort you are feeling. The Health website suggests that both are useful different situations but you should always use ice first. Ice is better than heat because reduces the blood flow that is causing the injury.
There are also a number of ways to release back and joint point that are caused by injury or everyday life task.
1. Determine your problem: Always figure out what type of pain you are experiencing and find the source to where it is coming from. This is very important because it makes easier to decide what treatment is best for pain relief.
2. Stretching: Doing simple stretches help relieve any pain in your back. The video demonstrates a few lower back stretches that don't take much time.
3. Ice pack: If there is still pain and/or discomfort place yourself in a resting position. Then place the ice pack in the affected area for 10 minutes and try a heating pad afterwards.
If pain does not go away after a few days please consult with your doctor because the injury may be a bigger problem. Remember if the pain/injury is serious don't try to treat it yourself, always go to a doctor to examine the problem. Be smart and healthy with pain injuries.
