The next best thing to working out at the gym is working out at home. You can cut your workout time in half and still have time do everyday life things. Women's Health Magazine recently posted an article on how to workout when you really just don't want to. One of the most fun beneficial workouts is dancing. The video below demonstrates some dance moves and exercise techniques that give you a quicker workout with the same results from an hour workout at the gym.
Of course with the holiday season coming around, everyone is going want to just to take a break and just enjoy the moment. Women's Health Magazine suggests that you have to get at least 150 minutes a week of exercise. Some other ways to stay in shape are
1. Take a walk:
Something simple as taking a walk can help build stamina and keep you healthy during the holiday season. Yes it's cold outside but you can bundle up and go outside or take a walk inside your house.
2. Family Games:
The best exercise to do during the holidays is friendly games with the family. My recommendation is the Just Dance video game. You can move your body and have plenty of fun doing it. Plus its great exercise.
So get out there stay active and put forth your best effort to stay in shape during the work days and holidays.
