       Eye lash care is just as important as hair care so why not treat it the same? Eye lashes play an important role in protecting the eye from foreign objects. The lash can  sense when something is near the eye and stimulate the blink reflex which is protective. That's why its best to keep you face clean by washing it thoroughly daily with a facial scrub. This will clean any build up that could possibly make the eye infected. Also avoid rubbing and tugging at the eye, and sleeping in mascara, for these things can cause damages to the lash as well as the eye.

Applying Mascara

• First take the eyelash curler and curl the lash... hold for at least five seconds. (hold longer for better results. The longer you hold there curler the tighter the curl, the longer the curl last.)
• To get great length, place mascara applicator brush along the upper lash line and in a slow motion go from root to tip.
• For thickness, hold mascara brush as close as possible to the base of your lashes, and wiggle it as you move it up through the lashes. (the motion helps to get every lash.) Let the mascara set for ten seconds and then replace the brush at the base of the lash and wiggle again as you move it through the lash. you can apply a second and third coat for dramatization.

• Apply Vaseline on an old applicator and apply to your natural lashes. This helps them to grow and appear longer especially when in a rush.
• Soak mascara in hot water or store in warm location for a more liquid-y formula. This produces better results when applying.
• Know when to throw away your mascara. Each container will have a number with either a m for month or y for year that indicates the time from the date you opened the product to the time it needs to be disposed.  (i.e. 3m or 1y)
